The 4x5 self developing back is designed to shoot and process paper in a large format (4x5) camera. It has the same flange as a standard 4x5 film back, but the film plane is pushed back about 25mm. Each kit comes with 1 focusing screen shim to move your existing focusing screen into the same plane as is achieved with the self developing back.
